Huntingdonshire District Council and Ramsey Town Council are collaborating on several exciting projects to enhance Ramsey town centre, focusing specifically on the Great Whyte and Mews Close public car park.
We have developed proposals to create a new pedestrian-friendly space for events and other activities in and around the clock tower area of the Great Whyte. These improvements aim to boost retail options, enhance the town market, and increase footfall to support existing businesses.
Plans also include upgrades to the Mews Close car park, with a focus on improving access, resurfacing, and potentially adding more parking spaces by optimizing the layout.
